This product is prepared by labeling highly cross-adsorbed goat anti-rat IgG (H+L) with the dye CF™770. CF™770 is one of our three outstanding near-IR CF™ dyes developed by Biotium. Near-IR CF™ dyes are superior to other similar near-IR dyes, such as IRDye® 800CW and the DyLight® 800. Near-IR CF™ dyes have combined advantages in brightness, photostability, specificity and novel features ideal for in vivo imaging, near-IR Western blotting and flow cytometry. To minimize crossreactivity, the antibody has been adsorbed against human, bovine, horse, and rabbit serum proteins.
