Goat anti-human IgG, Fc gamma specific antibody reacts specifically with the human IgG heavy (γ) chains and not with light chains and F(ab’)2 fragment on all human immunoglobulins. To minimize cross-reactivity, it has been adsorbed against bovine, horse, mouse and rabbit serum proteins prior to conjugation. CF™543 is an orange fluorescent dye with an excitation spectrum optimally matching the 543 laser line. Antibody conjugates of the dye are much brighter than those of Alexa Fluor® 546.
