It insures proper cleaning by providing proof meeting the temperature regulation of achieving 180°F (82°C) during dishwashing

Records minimum/maximum reading. Features include °F/°C switch, minimum and maximum memory readings over any time period, and a HOLD switch (freezes the display to capture a temperature). Range is -58 to 302°F and -50 to 150°C, resolution 0.1°, and accuracy ±1°C between -20 to 150°C.

Waterproof and metal construction are ideal for applications in wet labs, wash-down areas, and outdoors. Use it in food, pharmaceutical, clean rooms, and industrial labs. Stainless-steel probe, metal housing and sealed construction make it the most rugged thermometer ever designed for wet environments.

Certifications: Traceable to NIST for accuracy. To assure accuracy an individually serial-numbered Traceable® Certificate is provided from VWR® ISO/IEC 17025:2005 calibration laboratory accredited by A2LA. It indicates traceability to standards provided by NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology).
