Separate water-soluble polymers and oligomers with Thermo Scientific™ Acclaim™ SEC LC Columns.

These resin-based, high-performance, size-exclusion chromatography columns come in two sizes to cover a broad molecular weight range: 5 µm, 300Å for the SEC-300 column and 7 µm, 1000Å for the SEC-1000 column. The combination of a proprietary mono-dispersed multi-pore hydrophilic resin and small particle size provides high-resolution and good linearity of the calibration curve with no inflection points for accurate, reliable analysis of a variety of water-soluble polymers.
