Although ultrasonic vibrations are above the human audible range, in ultrasonic processing, high-pitched noise is produced from harmonics emanating from the vessel walls and the fluid surface

Cabinet is fabricated from steel, painted chemically resistant blue, with clear plastic door. Inside of cabinet is lined with sound-abating foam. One hole supplied at top for lead from power supply, two holes at bottom for water inlet/outlet. All holes are covered with slit rubber. ¹/₂" vertical mounting rod located toward rear to left is for mounting sonochemical reactor.

The sound abatement cabinet permits extended processing without discomfort by greatly reducing that noise.

Ordering information: Supplied with side handles for carrying and locking casters on bottom. Measures 46 1/2" high x 24" wide x 19" deep.
