Sephacryl S-300 is used for separating midsize proteins including antibodies and serum proteins. Maximum recovery and minimum nonspecific adsorption with long-term chemical and physical stability resulting from the hydrophilic, rigid allyl dextran/ bisacrylamide matrix.
