Laboratory Reactor Systems

The complete, two-piece, plain flask, pressure reactor system is designed to perform low to moderate positive pressure reactions, synthesis, and catalysis

Reactor capacities range from 500 mL to 5000 mL, and Ace-Threds are used to achieve a leak-tight system. The two-piece (flanged flask and head) design allows the use of large agitators and facilitates easy product removal and clean-out. Rated 36 psi at 100 °C.

Ordering information: Complete systems include PTFE plug, West condenser, flask, head, complete pressure reactor manifold, thermowell, clamp, addition funnel, PTFE bushings with O-Rings, bearing (complete with Ace-Threds), stirring shaft, flexible shaft, PTFE stirrer blade, Krytox high-vacuum grease, swivel coupling, aluminum heating mantle, type "J" PTFE-clad thermocouple sensor, digital temperature controller with "J" output, polypropylene tubing, solid state stirrer motor controller, solid state stirrer motor with mounting rod, and 1.27 cm (¹/₂") PTFE sealing tape.
